Winston Churchill is known for some great sayings, one of which includes. The purpose of this report is to allow you to recognize that whatever is challenging your soul… this is your
finest hour, right now. Your finest hour, no matter whatever is stretching your spirit or beating your body, is facing that challenge. What you decide to do is going to be defined as your
finest hour and this is especially true if you decide to push forth. Truth Vs. What Is True
One thing that you have to understand is that there is a difference between truth and what is true. Truth is something that could be considered an objective reality and every element of it can be verified. There is a lot of truth to be found in the historic past. What is true however is really subjective and reflects the immediate circumstances. It can be clouded by your own perceptions and reality. It can be clouded by your own paradigms of what’s possible and what’s impossible. As far as what you see as being true, that can also be clouded by your self esteem and self
image. Some things that are true today can be based on emotion. It could be true that your current circumstances are what they are. It could be true you don’t have a lot of money right now. It could be true you’re feeling heavy in your heart right now. It could be true many people think lowly of you. It could be true many things have failed in your past. It could be true you don’t really think that highly of yourself. It could be true that you feel like giving up. It could be true you feel discouraged or maybe even a little depressed. It could be true a lot of different
things you aspire to are out of your reach right now. It could be true you feel inferior.
The most important thing however is what becomes true. The truth is what you leave behind and today your situation may be that you have a very small amount of dollars in your bank account, but what will the truth be a year from now? What will the truth be six months
from now? It might be true that many of your businesses have failed in the past, mine have, but the truth today is I have experienced a huge amount of success. I feel incredibly blessed and privileged to be in this position and the same thing can happen for you. The trueness of your situation does not have to dictate the truth of what you ultimately materialize in your life.
What might be true today does not have to be tomorrow’s truth. It’s a decision you have to make and something you have to face. Never give in-- never, never, never, never, in nothing
great or small, large or petty, never give in… This is a great quote but there is an even better one. When Great Britain was being challenged by the Nazi attack, Winston Churchill said Let us therefore brace ourselves to our duties, and so bear ourselves that, if the British Empire
and its Commonwealth lasts for a thousand years, men will still say, This was their finest hour!
